Shenka and Hector’s amazing wedding flowers.

What I love the most is creating wedding flowers. And what an honour it was to work with such a sweet couple, Shenka and Hector. Their wedding took place at the awesome https://www.lunaeventspace.com/ Highett. This lovely couple chose to go for a simple but elegant style with the wedding flowers, in this case foliage’s. They wanted greenery to be the integral part of their wedding so from the table décor to the ceremony it was all beautiful lush foliage’s and greenery. Which really suited the very versatile event space. They even had their cute doggy as part of the wedding, what a fun idea!

Ceremony

The ceremony was a lovely foliage backdrop measuring over two meters. I used some beautiful Plumosa “fine fern” to add a touch of softness and trailing ivy along with other foliage’s for texture. And this created a simple yet elegant setting for their ceremony and matched the brides maids dresses.

The guest tables had foliage garlands with a mixture of seasonal, hardy foliage’s that lasted throughout the day and night. With a beautiful scent from blue pine to add a touch of Christmas as the wedding was just before the festive season. With the addition of several candles on each table the mood was set for a beautiful, romantic wedding.

I also created lovely boutonniere’s and corsages for family members. These included simple white blooms with touches of fine fern to tie it all in.
