Florium Creations delivers flowers to almost all Melbourne suburbs Monday to Saturday. We offer free local delivery to within 5km of Endeavour Hills. For rest of Melbourne suburbs please check the list below or enter the delivery address in the checkout page and delivery fee will be calculated accordingly. If your locations is not listed, feel free to call us on 0416 253 655 and enquire as we can generally organise out of zone deliveries for an extra courier fee.

Delivery Times and Areas

We deliver from Monday to Saturday within a radius of around 45 km from Endeavour Hills 3802 Melbourne, excluding public holidays. We do not deliver on Sunday’s, apart from Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. But If you have a special event which you would like to enquire about on a weekend, please email us at

We deliver to businesses, hospitals, schools etc. as well as residential addresses. 

Our delivery window to Business addresses are from 11am – 6pm,School addresses will be delivered by 3pm and residential addresses from 11am – 6pm or until late during very busy times. When placing an order, the sender needs to let us know if the delivery location is a business address or a school so the driver can prioritise to deliver the business address first. If we are not informed of a business address Florium Creations will not be held responsible.

What if no one is home or at work to receive the gift?

If the recipient is not home or unavailable, we will endeavour to find a safe spot to leave the flowers until they return. If this is a likely scenario, please leave instructions on the order page to ensure we can deliver the flowers to the recipient directly, or an alternative option. 

If the recipient is not at work, unavailable or in any case the work place does not accept the delivery we will notify the sender and the order will be returned to our studio, if a re-delivery is needed depending on the suburb a minimum $10 will be required for the re-delivery. Re-delivery and claim need to be within 24 hours after the flowers has been delivered, if we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours the flowers will be discarded re delivery is no longer available and the order will be closed.

What’s the cut of time for same day delivery ?

Same day delivery is available until 11am.Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at exact specified times of the day or on Sundays.


We understand that when it comes to an occasion such as a funeral, your floral arrangement needs to be delivered at a specific time. When placing an order for a funeral please specify the time of the funeral. If you are uncertain, we can find out for you by contacting the funeral home in advance.

We do not deliver on Sundays, unless it is Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.

We do not deliver on National Public Holidays. Orders placed for these days will be delivered on the next business day.

Flower selection.

Florium Creations adheres to selecting the best quality and the freshest flowers possible. We also make every arrangement with care and try to adhere to the images shown as closely as possible however due to seasonal availability some designs may look slightly different then what’s pictured. But the colour, quality and stem count will not be compromised.

Refund and Returns Policy

Florium Creations are committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient to your direct specifications.

However, there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order. If this were to occur, your happiness is our top priority and so we back every order with our 100% Happiness Guarantee so that you can shop with confidence. If you’re ever less than thrilled with your purchase, please contact Florium Creations on 0416 253 655 within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a favourable resolution to your concerns.

If the complaint is for quality reasons, we do request that a photograph of the delivered flowers is sent to us to assess the issue.

It is a general rule of thumb that flowers should last between 3-7 days. It is suggested that you ensure your flowers get water and are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan.

While we always strive to make sure your order arrives in top condition, Florium Creations cannot take responsibility for events outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions. In the case of heat and extreme weather if no one is home at the time of delivery and permission is given to leave flowers unattended Florium Creations cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.

If incorrect information is submitted on an order form: name, address etc Florium Creations will not be held responsible in any case but will work with the sender to achieve the best possible outcome.


If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled and refunded, please contact Florium Creations as soon as possible.

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
  • Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations.


If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a $10.00 redelivery fee will apply. If Florium Creations is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.


Any refunds for online or over the phone orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for this to show on your statement.
