Nestled amongst the beautiful gardens and towering trees of Poet’s Lane https://www.poetslane.com.au/ in Mt Dandenong, Tiana and Will celebrated their wedding surrounded by family, friends and the natural beauty of the Dandenong Ranges. When discussing her wedding flowers, Tiana knew she wanted to incorporate her favourite colour – purple. Together we created a floral design that felt romantic, seasonal and perfectly suited to the enchanting garden setting of Poet’s Lane. With the ceremony taking place amongst the gardens, I drew inspiration from the surrounding landscape. Fresh moss and fallen autumn leaves was incorporated throughout the floral styling to reflect the forest-like atmosphere and help blend the flowers seamlessly into their natural surroundings. The floral palette featured seasonal autumn blooms in shades of purple, lilac and complementary tones, creating a design that felt both elegant and connected to the environment. The rich colours worked beautifully against the lush greenery and provided a stunning contrast within the garden setting.
