Stephanie and John celebrated their beautiful autumn wedding at Marnong Estatehttps://marnongestate.com.au/ in late April, surrounded by family, friends and breathtaking views across the Victorian countryside.

This wedding was particularly special for Florium Creations as it remains one of the largest weddings we have had the privilege of designing flowers for. From the bridal party flowers through to the ceremony and reception styling, every floral detail was thoughtfully designed to create a vibrant and memorable celebration.

A Celebration of Colour and Seasonal Beauty

The floral design embraced the beauty of autumn, featuring a colourful palette inspired by the season and incorporating a mixture of native flowers and seasonal blooms.

The combination of texture, colour and natural movement created arrangements that felt abundant, joyful and perfectly suited to both the season and the elegant surroundings of Marnong Estatehttps://marnongestate.com.au/

From the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers to the parents florals and boutonnier’s, corsage’s,  every arrangement was designed to complement the overall wedding aesthetic while celebrating the natural beauty of fresh flowers.

Statement Floral Installations

One of the standout features of Stephanie and John’s wedding was the inclusion of two stunning aerial floral installations suspended above the reception space.

These hanging arrangements created a dramatic focal point and added another layer of visual interest to the celebration, each measuring approximately one meter , helping transform the reception into a truly unforgettable space for guests.

Combined with the guest table flowers and bridal table styling, the floral design created a cohesive and immersive experience throughout the venue.

Repurposing Ceremony Flowers

One of our favourite elements of this wedding was the opportunity to repurpose the ceremony flowers after the ceremony had concluded.

Rather than using flowers for only one part of the day, the ceremony arrangements were carefully relocated and incorporated into the bridal table styling for the reception.

This approach allowed Stephanie and John to maximise the impact of their floral investment while ensuring the flowers could be enjoyed throughout multiple parts of the celebration.
